I am a mother of four boys, a credentialed school teacher, and certified doula. I am a work-from-home mom practicing and teaching Echo’s approach to parenting. My purpose is to teach, encourage, support, and empower other parents on their parenting journey. I am passing on knowledge and skills that help us to create connected families, the ability to parent with mindfulness, and tools that support all of our emotional and physical health.
