Cancellation & Refund Policy

Echo understands that unforeseen circumstances may mean you need to cancel your attendance at an event. If that is the case, please let us know at least 8 days before the event in order to receive a refund.

  • Purchases $30 and under: Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for purchases $30 or less. (CEs are not at all refundable unless they are being refunded as part of a full training refund).
  • Purchases over $30 but under $100: A refund (less a $10 processing fee) will be issued if a cancellation has been requested at least 8 days before the event.
  • Purchases over $100: A refund (minus a 10% processing fee) will be issued if a written cancellation was requested at least 8 days before the event.

Online Policy: There are no refunds for our online trainings.

Event Cancellation: In the situation that Echo cancels or reschedules an event for any reason, including cancelling an event that does not meet minimum registration requirements or due to speaker unavailability, paid participants will be contacted and given full refunds. Rescheduling information will be posted on our website.

No Show Policy: A “no show” is missing a program without cancelling. Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds for no shows.

Transferring Registrations

If you register and are unable to attend you may transfer your registration to another person. Please email info@echoparenting.org with the subject line “Transfer Registration” and include your contact information as well as the information of the person to whom you are transferring the registration.

Please do not send someone in your place to a program without first doing this process. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the transferred registration otherwise.

Cancellations & Refunds for Changing the Paradigm Conference Only

Echo understands that unforeseen circumstances may mean you need to cancel your attendance for the conference.

If you register and are unable to attend you may transfer your registration to another person. Please email conference@echotraining.org with the subject line “Transfer Registration” and include your contact information as well as the information of the person to whom you are transferring the registration. Please do not send someone in your place to a program without first doing this process. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to accommodate the transferred registration otherwise.

  • Refund requests received from on or before February 15, 2019 will be able to receive a 90% refund, accommodating the cost of a processing fee.
  • Refund requests received from February 16 to March 1, 2019 will be able to receive a 50% refund.
  • Refunds will not be available for registrations cancelled on or after March 2, 2019.

No Show Policy: A “no show” is missing a program without cancelling. Unfortunately we are not able to provide refunds for no shows.

Refunds for CEs, Books, or Other Materials

Requests for refunds of Continuing Education (CEs), books, or other materials will be honored according to the following scale:

  • Purchases $30 and under: Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds for purchases $30 or less. Echo will issue a credit for the amount to be put towards other materials or to attend an event within a year from the purchase date.
  • Purchases over $30 but under $100: A refund will be provided, less a $10 processing fee
  • Purchases over $100: A 90% refund will be provided, accommodating the cost of a processing fee
